In the underwater walkway

I can't believe I'm in the middle of so much water and I can't splash! Here I am in the underwater walkway, feeling very weird. Hope I still look cute! 

Jellyfish World

I really love the little jellyfishes, they are beautiful. They grow big and small, like a ball! 

Underwater World is really quite dark

Daddy says it's really, really hard to take pictures in Underwater World! He says that it's so hard that this blurry picture will be much admired, especially if he took it with a Point and Shoot camera. 

Green Green Hotel

Here's another view outside our room, with Daddy! Sure has a lotta green in this hotel. 

In Rasa Sentosa

Mummy, Daddy and Grandma and Grandpa and Rem spent a weekend in Rasa Sentosa. Here I am just outside our room - grandma and grandpa were in the other room.

I love boats! And trips! 

World Cup Fever

Daddy forcing me to train with the small football every night. I can now almost CATCH the ball with my hands, but daddy says that that's only good enough if I want to be a goalie. 

Storytime before Bedtime ... zzz

I love it when mummy reads stories to me every night. Here's Richard Scarry's big book, but my favourite is Peepo! Mummy will curl up with me on the Big Blue Ikea Chair and read. More and more I can guess the next words... like now, I can say Ball at the correct time, and identify things like powder, bottles and clocks. ... tick tock tick tock 

Grandpa's Birthday

Grandpa's birthday is near mine! Both of us are smiling - it's nice that our birthdays get celebrated with a big smile and a cake (though I still don't like cake!) 

I can switch on my LG aircon!

Finally, I can switch on the aircon with the remote control! Still have to learn how to turn off the stinky plasma though... daddy always switch on the stinky plasma when I'm sick.

I'm Wolverine!

Sometimes, during a full moon night, I become WOLVERINE! Here I am rudely awakened - my wolverine ears are still up and I still look quite fierce... 

After bashing around my toys, I'M SO TIRED!

Ooooooh.... I'm so tired. My room is a mess. So many toys to play, so few waking hours.... I'm gonna sleep now.... zzzzz.... 

Revisiting my supertoy

At long last, I have enough strength to peep the peeper on my supertoy! YAAAAY! 

Reading!

I sorta like the pictures in books now... and mummy always reads to me on the blue chair from Ikea, which I also get fed milk on. This is Richard Scarry's big book of stories, but my favourite is PEEPO! by the Ahlbergs. 

Grandma bought me a car!

Grandma bought me a car, and a copper car too! Daddy thinks it's a Ford Crown Victoria, but I dunno whether that's rite.... 

Saving the BEST for the last

Mummy told me only to open my presents on my real birthday. Daddy's posting this 2 months after my real 1st birthday. 2 months ago, at about the same time as daddy's posting this, these are all my presents! Everybody's so generous!!! I'll have to spend at least a year playing with all these presents.

To all the nicest people in the world who came to my party, THANK YOU so much for all the presents! 

End of the Night Safari

Well, it's a NIGHT safari anyway, and NIGHT is when Boybies like me sleep, right? At least I woke up sufficiently to take a picture with the grandpappies and grandmommies and the bright elephants... 

Wow! It's really a DARK safari

Night Safari means DARK safari. Daddy can't take any decent pictures, but he turned on his camera's infra-red mode and here I am in night-vision look! 

At the Night Safari

Here's the whole gang again at the Night Safari. Mummy said that there will be fishing cats and lions and tigers and all kinds of fun large animals. Daddy's just looking out for his kopitiams (ahem ... Capybaras - dad) which look like giant hamsters... Grandpa's here looking for his fishing cat. Mummy's bank sponsors the otters but mummy says they are very stinky. Everybody's here just for a great time! 

I don't like CAKE!

I don't like CAKE, but mummy bought me 2 cakes for 1 birthday .... BAAAWWWWLLLL! 

Why's everybody looking at me?

It's quite stressful when everybody's looking at me. All 3 generations before me, eyes glued on a little boy .... aiya....

Here's the big Ben and Jerry Cow! Everybody had some ice cream, but I didn't even get a lick! Anyway I'm not the snacking type ... 

Parrots!

I hear the dang cockatoo every day in grandma's house. Here's a bunch of their sweeter relatives, the parrots. They don't squak much.
